Returns & refunds policy

1 7-day return window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you're not happy with your purchase, get in touch within 7 days and we'll sort it out.

2 Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

3 How to start a return

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp on 071 270 2903 or email at dr3bza@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong product.

4 Defective or damaged items

If your lamp arrives damaged or isn't working as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5 Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method (card, EFT, etc.).

6 Order cancellations

You may cancel your order at no charge before it has been dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies. Cancellation refunds are also processed within 5–7 business days.
