Colour-changing LED lights illuminate them from below, creating a mesmerising deep-sea glow effect. It's both a lamp and a mood piece — perfect for bedrooms, lounges, or desks.

Plug it into any USB-A port (laptop, power bank, or phone charger plug). A small silent motor circulates the water inside the tank, making the silicone jellyfish float naturally. Press the button on the base to cycle through the 7 LED colour modes — or use the included remote control.

It has 7 LED modes: ocean blue, coral pink, soft purple, warm green, white, warm amber, and a slow multi-colour cycle. You can lock on your favourite or let it slowly cycle through all of them.

No — the motor is virtually silent. It produces a very faint, soothing hum that most people find relaxing rather than distracting. It's designed to be left on overnight as a nightlight.

The lamp stays cool to the touch. LED lights produce very little heat, and the water circulation also helps dissipate any warmth. It's safe to leave on for extended periods.

Absolutely. All payments are processed by PayFast, one of South Africa's most trusted payment gateways. Glowkazi never sees or stores your card details — everything is handled securely by PayFast and PayPal.

We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment. After dispatch: major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria) typically receive delivery within 2–4 business days; other areas 3–5 days; and remote areas up to 5–7 days. You'll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order ships.

Standard delivery is R90 per order. Orders over R450 qualify for free delivery — just add to cart and the discount will apply automatically at checkout.

Currently we only deliver within South Africa. We ship to all major cities, towns, and most rural addresses nationwide.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your parcel directly with our courier. If you have any trouble tracking, just WhatsApp us on 071 270 2903.

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Returns Policy page for all the details.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and send photos of the damage to WhatsApp (071 270 2903) or info@glowkazi.co.za. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we notify you within 3 business days. Approved refunds are then processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
